On Tuesday, 29 October 219, New Strategy Center has organized an event dedicated to possible evolution of the European policy, where the participants benefited from the contribution of Dr. Charles Powell, director of the Elcano Royal Institute for International and Strategic Studies – Madrid, Spain. The dynamic debate on the Spanish vision of potential developments in Europe was opened by Ambassador Sergiu Celac, the Honorary Chairman of the New Strategy Center, and was moderated by Ambassador Lazăr Comănescu, member of the Scientific Council of the New Strategy Center.
