New Strategy Center is launching the report of the fifth edition of the conference „Black Sea and Balkans Security Forum”, which took place on 3-4 September 2021. The event was organized by New Strategy Center in partnership with the University of Agronomic Sciences in Bucharest, and has brought together experts, officials, academia, mass-media, and business representatives in a series of debates discussing the most stringent security issues in the Black Sea and Balkans, and beyond.
