The Black Sea University Foundation and New Strategy Center organzed on Monday, March 28th 2016, at The Grand Hotel du Boulevard, the debate with the title: “Romania – the Pivoting Point of the Region“’.
The main issue of the debate aimed the possibility of a new perspective over Romania’s proximity, under East-South integrated approach. Under these circumstances, Romania’s profile might increase its consistency from the security point of view on EU and NATO level.
