The National Defense Staff, New Strategy Center and Center for the Study of New Generation Warfare, USA, organized a conference to present the conclusions of the simulation exercise Bucharest Full Spectrum Deterrence Simulation, which was held on 20-22 June .
General Nicolae Ciucă, Chief of the Defense Staff, General (r) Ben Hodges, former commander of United States Army Europe, and representatives of the Ministry of Defense and other institutions activating in the national defense field attended the event. They discussed the importance of analyzing hybrid aggression on the preparatory actions before military conventional conflict. As well, the reaction speed in terms of new fighting capabilities was tested, using the support that derives from simulating the effects of a decision from within defense management.
