New Strategy Center and Center for American Seapower, Hudson Institute, USA, have issued the joint study “Why does the Black Sea matter?” . The study has been launched during the event with the same title, on Monday, June 27th, and it represents a Romanian-American policy paper that highlights the the main problems of the Wider Black Sea region.
