Cooperation Agreement New Strategy Center – Elcano Royal Institute for International and Strategic Studies – Spain

New Strategy Center (NSC) and the Royal Institute for International and Strategic Studies – Elcano, from Spain, have reached a collaboration agreement, with the document signed by Ambassador Sergiu Celac, Honorary Chairman of NSC and Dr. Charles Powell, director of Elcano. The agreement states that the partners will develop studies on topics of common interest, will organize joint events and will engage in projects funded through European grants. This agreement is part of the NSC’s efforts to expand the area of cooperation with relevant institutes and think -tanks for promoting important topics for Romania’s national security.
