On Friday, May 13th, New Strategy Center and the Institute of Central Europe from Poland signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the cooperation between the two organizations.
The purpose of the document is to establish a framework for an in-depth collaboration, organization of joint projects and events, conducting analyzes and studies on topics of common interest in the field of defense, security and international relations. This cooperation is all the more important in the context of the war in Ukraine and the security challenges on the entire Eastern Flank of NATO.
The Institute of Central Europe is a governmental think-tank coordinated by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland and is based in Lublin. It focuses on the social, political, economic and cultural processes taking place in the countries of Central Europe, as well as on bilateral relations and multilateral formats between the States in this region.
The document was signed by Mr. George Scutaru, CEO of New Strategy Center and Mrs. Beata Surmacz, Director of the Institute of Central Europe.
