The sixth panel of the ‘Security and Responsibility’ training program, organized by the New Strategy Center in partnership with the two Commissions for Defense within the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament, took place today, November 8th, at the National Military Club.
During this panel – ‘Military Security Challenges in the Black Sea Area’ – the participants benefited from the expertise of BG Iulian Berdilă, Director of the Strategic Planning Department, Joint Staff, Ministry of Defense.
