NSC and OSW experts have met online on Thursday, 26 November, to discuss topics of common interest for the two countries such as the transatlantic relationship, the EU developments, Russia’s foreign and security policy, the developments in Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, the effects of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the US-China strategic competition. At the same time, the exchange of views also concerned Romania’s and Poland’s perspective on regional cooperation formats, such as the Three Seas Initiative, B9 or the Visegrad Group.
Since 2018, New Strategy Center and OSW have developed this format of consultations on topics of common interest, willing to contribute in this way to increasing cooperation between Romania and Poland and to strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries.
