The Swedish Defense University and the Centre for the Study of the New Generation Warfare from the USA are organizing the conference “European – American Security Dialog”, in Kiruna, in the north of Sweden. This autumn’s edition is dedicated to security threats that affect the entire Eastern Flank of NATO, from the Northern, Baltic area to the Black Sea region. New Strategy Center was represented by Mr. George Scutaru, Director for Development, who had a contribution on the panel “From Flank to Front: Rethinking the Strategic Infrastructure of Europe for the Twenty-First Century”.
This conference is attended by senior civil and military representatives of NATO’s Eastern Flank Allies, military officials of the North Atlantic Alliance, representatives of universities, institutes and think tanks.
