The Elcano Royal Institute, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain and the Embassies of Romania and Poland in Madrid, organized on Monday, April 26, a webinar entitled “The EU and its neighborhoods in a post-pandemic world”.
During the event, New Strategy Center was represented by Amb. Gheorghe Magheru, Member of the Scientific Council, who participated as a speaker in the debate addressing the issue of the Western Balkans, in the expert panel of the event.
The conference was opened by the foreign ministers from Spain, Romania and Poland.
