New Strategy Center organized the ”Perspectives on the Foreign and Security Policy of France. The Strategic Autonomy ” debate on Wednesday, November 20. The participants benefited from the contribution of Mr. Emmanuel Dupuy, President of the Institut Prospective et Securite en Europe (IPSE), from France.
The debate focused on the perspectives of France’s foreign and security policy, with an interesting discussion on the concept of strategic autonomy. The event was moderated by Ambassador Sergiu Celac, Honorary President of the New Strategy Center and Ambassador Lazăr Comănescu, member of the Scientific Council of the New Strategy Center.
