The discussion focused on the strategic importance of regionalizing infrastructure development and fostering cooperation among the three nations comprising the “Strategic Triangle of Connectivity”—Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine. Panelists highlighted the critical role of logistics, essential not only for economic and demographic mobility but, in light of ongoing conflict, for military mobility as well. Connectivity was emphasized as a multifaceted tool: while it facilitates governmental coordination, it also provides a platform for private-sector engagement, with several speakers underscoring that Ukraine’s reconstruction cannot succeed without active private-sector participation. Much of the dialogue centered on Ukraine’s openness to establishing cooperative links with other countries and international companies, leveraging both financial and technological resources as a unifying force for regional stability. The discussion concluded on an optimistic note, recognizing tangible progress in strengthening connectivity and aligning regional interests to advance collective resilience and prosperity.
