On Wednesday, September 19th, New Strategy Center organized a new panel within the training program dedicated to the parliamentary experts. The lector of this panel was H.E. Sorin Ducaru, president of the Scientific Council of the New Strategy Center, former Assistant Secretary General for Emerging Security Challenges, NATO. The topics of this panel were the regional cooperation formats and the evolution of the transatlantic relationship.
