On Tuesday, February 1st, New Strategy Center organized the conference ”The challenges of cyberspace in 2022. How do we increase Romania’s resilience?”.
In a context marked by unprecedented security challenges and technological development, Romania needs to adapt and strengthen its cyber resilience tools. Romania also has the opportunity to present itself as a hub of excellence in this area, hosting the EU Cybersecurity Competence Centre and the Euro-Atlantic Resilience Centre.
The speakers of the event were Dan Cîmpean, General Director, National Cyber Security Directorate, Brigade General Gheorghe Iordache, Commander of the Cyber Defence Command, Ministry of Defence, and Arthur Lazăr, Deputy Director, CyberInt, the Romanian Intelligence Service. The debate was moderated by Ionel Nițu, President of the New Strategy Center.
