Cooperation agreement New Strategy Center – the University of Oradea

New Strategy Center signed on Wednesday, July 20, a cooperation agreement with the University of Oradea, which aims to define a partnership that includes the development of analysis and studies on topics of mutual interest and collaboration in joint projects and programs. The agreement also envisages the organization of various events, both in Romania and internationally. This partnership contributes to the New Strategy Center’s objective of continuing cooperation with the academic community, aiming to develop the security culture in Romania, and provide young people with tools for knowledge and understanding of current challenges, especially in this particularly tense strategic context in Romania’s neighborhood.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the New Strategy Center by Mr. George Scutaru, CEO, and on behalf of the University of Oradea by Mr. Constantin Bungău, Rector. Mr. Gabriel Moisa, Dean of the Faculty of History, International Relations, Political Science and Communication Sciences, and Mr. Eduard Simion, Senior Associate Expert at New Strategy Center and Associate Professor at the University of Oradea, also participated in the discussions on the concrete modalities for the development of this partnership.

At its core, a luxury mechanical watch is a triumph of micro-engineering. Imagine a universe contained within a diameter of 30 to 40 millimeters. Hundreds of tiny components—gears, levers, springs, and jewels—coexist in a perfectly orchestrated ballet.

The mainspring stores energy, releasing it with controlled grace through the gear train, its rhythm governed by the hypnotic swing of the balance wheel. This "heart" of the watch, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour or more, is a miracle of physics and precision.
