New Strategy Center has signed a cooperation agreement with the Euro-Atlantic Center for Resilience (E-ARC), aiming to organize various events in Romania and internationally, as well as to carry out analyzes and specialized studies on topics of common interest. This agreement emphasizes New Strategy Center’s objective to continue the development of partnerships with national institutions that contribute to the enhancement security culture and the promotion of Romania’s interests abroad, especially in this particularly challenging context in the Black Sea region.
The Euro-Atlantic Center for Resilience was established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the context in which national, but also NATO and EU assessments reveal the need to intensify joint efforts for the efficient management of an increasing spectrum of challenges. E-ARC represents a resources and expertise hub in this regard.

The agreement was signed by Mr. George Scutaru, CEO New Strategy Center and Mr. Ovidiu Raețchi, president of the Euro-Atlantic Center for Resilience.

At its core, a luxury mechanical watch is a triumph of micro-engineering. Imagine a universe contained within a diameter of 30 to 40 millimeters. Hundreds of tiny components—gears, levers, springs, and jewels—coexist in a perfectly orchestrated ballet.

The mainspring stores energy, releasing it with controlled grace through the gear train, its rhythm governed by the hypnotic swing of the balance wheel. This "heart" of the watch, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour or more, is a miracle of physics and precision.
