New Strategy Center continues to be involved in various projects in Ukraine, in the neighboring regions of our country, in close cooperation with the Romanian Embassy in Kyiv. NSC obtained donations from exclusively private sources and contributed to the repair of the roof of the school in the locality of Cireș, Chernivtsi region, thus allowing the children who study there to carry out their activities in much better conditions during the winter.
This action is part of a wider project undertaken by the New Strategy Center, another project completed in September being the rehabilitation of the heating system of the school in Probotești, Herța County, Chernivtsi Region. The NSC is also involved in the Odesa region, cooperating with several local administrations to identify possible projects that could be financed by European funds to encourage cross-border cooperation.
NSC would like to thank the Ambassador of Romania in Kyiv, H.E. Victor Micula and Mrs. Irina Stănculescu, Romanian Consul in Chernivtsi for their support in the implementation of these projects.
