Invitați speciali au fost General Petr Pavel, șeful Comitetului Militar al NATO și General Nicolae Ciucă, șeful Statului Major General. Evenimentul a fost moderat de E.S. Lazăr Comănescu, membru al Consiliului Științific al New Strategy Center.
