Experts have emphasized that the reconstruction of Ukraine cannot be postponed until the war’s end. It must be initiated now through significant investments in essential infrastructure such as roads, highways, ports, and railways. In addition to infrastructure, creating a comprehensive economic ecosystem for Ukraine is crucial, providing opportunities for private companies and facilitating the integration of the Ukrainian diaspora and refugees into the country’s future economy. The reconstruction of Ukraine must become an ambitious project at the level of the entire European Union.
