Ambassador Lazăr Comănescu, member of the Scientific Council of  New Strategy Center, attended today, December 5th, at the Annual CFSPReview Conference in Bruxelles, as special rapporteur for quality. The conference, organized by the prestigious German think-tank Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP) focuse on issues such as the challenges of  multilateralism for European foreign policy.
