New Strategy Center has signed a cooperation agreement with the Hybrid Warfare Research Institute (HWRI) in Croatia
New Strategy Center has signed a cooperation agreement with the Hybrid Warfare Research Institute (HWRI) in Croatia, a think tank specialising in the analysis of the multiple forms of hybrid warfare, particularly in terms of information warfare.  The aim of the institute is to encourage, assist, develop and promote research in the field of international, national and corporate security.
The objective of the memorandum is to establish a framework for ongoing cooperation, including the organisation of joint events, collaboration in various international projects, and the conduct of analyses and studies on topics of mutual interest in the field of security and international relations. This memorandum is part of the NSC’s efforts to develop and strengthen a network of partnerships at the European level, facilitating an exchange of expertise between partners with common interests in order to better understand the security challenges faced by states in the Black Sea and Balkan region.The memorandum was signed by Gordan Akrap, President of HWRI, and George Scutaru, Director General, New Strategy Center.
