In this context, the importance of the AI technology supply chain for the defense industry, especially for drone manufacturers, was highlighted. Ukraine’s efforts were praised as an example of a state that, based on its wartime experience, has revolutionised the integration of AI in the military sphere.

Regarding cybersecurity, artificial intelligence is currently the subject of ongoing debates related to the ethical and legal standards governing its use in both civilian and military contexts. Among its many applications, the panel also discussed the important role AI plays in threat analysis.
