The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the New Strategy Center signed, on April 2, a cooperation protocol for organizing in Bucharest, at the Romexpo Exhibition Center, the forum “Rebuilding Ukraine: Security, Opportunities, Investment.”
The forum “Rebuilding Ukraine: Security, Opportunities, Investment,” which will take place on October 22–23, 2026, will bring together institutional stakeholders, experts, representatives of companies from Romania and Ukraine, as well as international investors, with the aim of laying the foundations for a concrete action plan for the reconstruction of Ukraine and defining Romania’s role in this process.
The event will focus on six major areas of interest: connectivity, infrastructure and logistics; security and defense; energy and sustainable development; agriculture and the food industry; cross-border cooperation; and human capital development.
The collaboration protocol was signed by Mr. Mihai Daraban, President of the CCIR, and Mr. George Scutaru, General Director of the NSC.
