The fifth panel of the ‘Security and Responsibility’ training program, organized by the New Strategy Center in partnership with the two Commissions for Defense within the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament, took place today, October 24, at the National Military Club.
During this panel – ‘The Endowment Programs of the Romanian Army’ – the participants benefited from the expertise of Mr. Dorel Căprar, president of the Defense Committee within the Chamber of Deputies, and Mr. Andrei Ignat, State Secretary – the Ministry of Defense.
