New Strategy Center and Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies from Ukraine organized in Bucharest a workshop on the potential scenarios and evolutions of the security in the Black Sea region. ‘Predicting the unpredictable. Black Swans in the Black Sea’ reunited experts from Romania, Ukraine and the USA.
