Ambasadorul Lazăr Comănescu, membru al Consiliului Științific al New Strategy Center, a luat parte astăzi, 5 decembrie 2018, la Bruxelles, la Annual CFSPReview Conference în calitate de raportor special. Conferința, organizată de prestigiosul think-tank german Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP), a vizat teme precum problematica provocărilor multilateralismului pentru politica externă europeană.
