New Strategy Center a elaborat un nou studiu, cu titlul ‘A Dragon In The Powder Keg: China’s Mercantile Quest In The Balkans’, dedicat implicării economice a Chinei în regiunea Balcanilor și modului în care țările din regiune se raportează la noul actor economic și politic. Studiul este realizat de dl. Horia Ciurtin, expert asociat New Strategy Center.
