During the meeting, he had a presentation on the security challenges in the Black Sea area in the context of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, explaining how Russia’s actions affect freedom of navigation, global food security and regional energy stakes, bearing in mind that from 2027 Romania will be the largest gas producer in the EU, following the start of exploitation of the Neptun Deep perimeter. At the same time, George Scutaru underlined the support that Romania gives to Ukraine for the export of cereals, vital for its economic survival.

At its core, a luxury mechanical watch is a triumph of micro-engineering. Imagine a universe contained within a diameter of 30 to 40 millimeters. Hundreds of tiny components—gears, levers, springs, and jewels—coexist in a perfectly orchestrated ballet.

The mainspring stores energy, releasing it with controlled grace through the gear train, its rhythm governed by the hypnotic swing of the balance wheel. This "heart" of the watch, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour or more, is a miracle of physics and precision.
