Rear Admiral (ret.) Iuri Covaleov, Senior Associate Expert at NSC, presented participants with an assessment of the security situation in the Black Sea region. His briefing covered the main developments of the war in Ukraine, highlighting their impact on European security and on the defense architecture of the Eastern Flank.
The presentation also emphasized the complex nature of hybrid threats originating from Russia, including the use of disinformation and sabotage.
