The FLANKS II Good Practices Manual addresses political warfare challenges in the context of the Ukraine war and COVID-19. It provides a peer-to-peer educational framework to increase young people’s resilience to disinformation. Through surveys and focus groups, the project identified key vulnerabilities in Romanian youth regarding Russian propaganda. The manual outlines a structured training approach that includes theoretical knowledge, practical applications, and interactive exercises. This initiative aims to foster critical thinking and awareness among the next generation, promoting informed and resilient societies against disinformation.
The study is part of the FLANKS 2 – Dealing with the Challengers of Political Warfare in the context of the Ukraine war and COVID-19 context, financed under the Fund for Bilateral Relations 2014-2021.
