New Strategy Center a organizat o dezbatere cu invitați din partea China Institutes on Contemporary International Relations (CICIR), având drept subiecte viziunea Chinei în domeniul afacerilor externe și securității internaționale, precum și conectivitatea dintre Asia și Europa.
Delagația chineză a fost condusă de profesorul Feng Zhongping, vicepreședinte al CICIR, un reputat specialist în domeniul afacerilor europene.
